How do I book?+
Choose your vehicle and package on our booking page, pick a date and time, enter your details and pay a small deposit to lock it in.
How do payments work?+
You pay a deposit when booking. Your card is securely stored by Stripe, and the remaining balance is charged automatically once the job is complete.
What vehicles do you service?+
Cars, utes, SUVs, vans and motorcycles of all kinds. Heavily soiled vehicles are best booked under a Xtreme Detail package.
Can I reschedule my booking?+
Yes — call or email us at least 24 hours before your booking and we'll move it at no charge.
When is the remaining balance charged?+
Only after your service is finished and marked complete. You'll receive an emailed receipt straight away.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and your deposit is refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
